Senior leader with expertise in business strategy, planning and programme management with over 11 years\' of experience in payments fintech and financial services. Over 14 years\' experience in UK government strategy, policy development and delivery. Highly accomplished senior leader, directing cross-functional international teams, advising executives/ boards, transforming organisations by bringing people on the change journey.
