In this role, I had the job of creating checklists for both commercial and residential properties in order to inspect them at a given date. I would accompany landlords with my checklists and inspect all the site to determine its condition. Once I had fully inspected the property, I wrote up my findings and ensured any repairs or improvements which needed doing were seen to so the property would be the highest standard.
