Sustainability & Climate Change Technical Manager @NSG Group

Supporting and championing activities associated with Sustainability/climate change management across NSG Group operations •Leading, directing and delivering greenhouse gas assessment, assurance and verification •Life-cycle assessments and reporting •Leading strategy and policy analysis in support of carbon reduction/Net Zero Carbon plan development •Having an active role in multi-functional teams to deliver climate change & other environmental sustainability projects, specifically in areas such as; energy efficiency, renewable energy, Task force on Climate related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). •Supporting the NSG Energy OCS targets and helping all global NSG sites achieve their respected targets by supporting new and existing energy projects. •Leading the implementation of processes to understand the impact of NSG products to climate change and how to become more sustainable/circular economy. •Completion of external reporting requirements (e.g. CDP) and achieving Group target scores for these reports. •Supporting completion of internal sustainability data utilising internal and external systems •Providing quarterly reports of sustainability targets progress to regional sustainability director team •Leading internal and external communications of sustainability activities across the Group •Supporting the development and implementation of reporting requirements as requested across the NSG customer base e.g. development of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD),Carbon neutrality agreements etc, •Representing NSG through membership of climate change / sustainability external advisory / technical Groups eg. UNFCC, UK Government, COP
