Consultant On-boarding• Initiate, track and complete all the onboarding formalities for the consultants:• Employment Agreements• Benefits Administration• Background Verification• Bank Account opening• PF/ESI• Create consultant folders on the server/ variteweb and upload all the relevant documents. Collect and send all the original documents to the Operations Team.• Conduct orientation session for a smooth on-boarding of the consultants.Client Services Support• Assist client services team in conducting and coordinating any walk-ins• Under direction of the Client Services team - interface with clients, if required to provide them local support.Consultant Experience• Act as a facilitator to remove any challenges and promptly solve any issues or queries raised by the consultants.Co-ordinate with Operations and ClientServices Team to promptly resolve any consultant issues.• Enter Consultant issue cases on the cBiz/ variteweb, track the issues and generate the reports for management review.• Facilitate consultants in receiving any information or documentation from the Operations Team or Client Services team - e.g. Employment Verification Letters.• Provide policy updates, corporate communication and send news letters to consultants.• Complete all the exit formalities and full and final settlements.• Conduct regular face to face meetings with the consultants to ensure a highest level of Consultant Experience.• Devise the parameters to measure the Consultant Experience and routinely conduct surveys to measure it.
