Experienced executive leading Growth and Business Strategy for Arcadis\' Asset Management and Analytics Products globally, including our flagship product EDA (Enterprise Decision Analytics)With over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry and 15 years in technology, I am passionate about delivering value through digital products and solutions to customers. In Arup, I led on scaling their portfolio of digital products and propositions globally, from Asset Management to Climate Adaptation. Previously, I travelled internationally to understand software delivery requirements, CX and drive adoption for Oasys Software for internal customers (Arup) and external clients.Having worked on a number of major projects in delivery, including the London 2012 Olympic Park, and been Resident Engineer for £55 million piling works on the V&A Exhibition Road Gallery, I understand the needs of our industry and clients. I have also consistently championed innovation in delivery on these projects, partnering with industry-leading technology firms and driving internal development.Awarded an MBA with Merit, I am focussed on strategic delivery and growth. My dissertation examined business models for the development of a software company, and looked at product and market opportunities for revenue growth.I have been awarded a number of honours and national awards for my work, experience and research, including Management Todays 35 women under 35 and the Institution of Civil Engineers Papers Medal.
