Work with the designated agency on HR management and utilization of services- Ensure adequate functioning of day-to-day and long-term HR processes- Ensure HR protocols and process follow labor laws, funder requirements, and overall agency regulations- Develop the internal tracking and monitoring system for HR and solve HR related issues for the work force of the agency- Perform the day-to-day tracking of HR issues- Lead human resources with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, productive and positive work environment- Monitor and address any manifestations of toxic work environment- Develop and maintain new hire orientation onboarding process- Lead agency employee annual appraisal process- Ensure employee manual is updated annually for compliance with labor laws, funder requirements and overall agency needs- Develop and implement professional development (PD) strategies for the work force- Produce quarterly reports on HR and PD- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulations are followed- Devise strategies to promote growth of programs agency-wide, identifying and implementing operational and infrastructure needs to maximize output and minimize unnecessary costs- Build and maintain relationships with program directors, external partners, facilitating options regarding operational activity and strategic goals- Oversee IT structural and operational needs of the agency- Monitor QA within the management Team (MT) of the agency- QA purchasing activity and inventory of agency infrastructure
