Hey everyone,I\'m excited to share that I\'m completed my MBA at the Department of Business and Industrial Management, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, which I started in July 2022. My SGPA is 7.17, CGPA is 6.93, and I\'ve achieved a percentage of 69.30, earning a First-Class result. I\'m passionate about learning business management strategies and gaining knowledge in this field.Right now, I\'m working full-time as an Associate Consultant at RSM India since April 2024. In this role, I conduct social compliance audits and assessments at various facilities, including factories, production sites, and supplier locations, to evaluate compliance with ethical, social, and labor standards. I review documentation, policies, and procedures related to labor practices, health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing requirements. My work involves identifying areas of non-compliance, developing action plans for remediation, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. I also provide training and support to enhance social compliance performance and stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.Previously, I worked as an HR Recruiter at One will Consulting from July 2023 to March 2024, where I gained valuable experience in sourcing candidates, updating job ads, filtering applications, and helping the company attract and retain top talent. This role allowed me to significantly improve my recruitment skills and contribute to building a strong employer brand.I also completed an internship at NOUVEAU Diamonds LLP as a Human Resources Intern from May 2023 to June 2023. Under the guidance of HR Manager Pulkit Sinde, I learned various HR tasks, including the hiring process, managing disciplinary and grievance issues, and ensuring legal compliance.I\'m looking forward to challenging myself further in both my academic and professional journeys.
