I\'m current working as a junior engineer in KTM technology & innovation(india) pvt. Ltd- my responsibility is Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement & meeting daily production targets- Analyzed work flow and planned and scheduled customer order based on the material availability, machine capacity and constraint- Plan, organise, direct and control the daily operations- Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize OEE of production related machines- Ensure production as per hourly target- Implementation of 5s, Kaizen & continuous improvement related to cost, quality, moral, safety and related processes- To optimize the productivity by various methods- by continual improvements, optimum utilization of all the resources 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method,)Plan, manage, and drsee all eleents of production in our factory- Develop and draft an in production process- Design and implement cost-reductive changes- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
