As a Warehouse Coordinator at Pactiv Evergreen, I am responsible for monitoring and assessing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to ensure workflow efficiency, balance labor, equipment, and tasks. I coordinate daily workflow with the Shift Leadership Team and Lift Truck personnel, addressing inefficiencies in replenishment, picking, put away, and shipping processes, and make necessary wave and labor adjustments. I execute daily work plans created by the site Wave Planner, resolving and escalating issues as needed to maintain efficient operations and meet load-by-time cut-offs. I manage interleaving tasks, cross-dock opportunities, HOT inbound shipments, and consolidation and replenishment moves to ensure timely completion. Utilizing reports to monitor workflow progress, I communicate status to shift supervision and update shipping schedules to maintain the flow of automation traffic control systems within the distribution center. Additionally, I coordinate Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) tasking to maximize productivity and maintain Yard and Door trailer statuses. My achievements include significantly improving workflow efficiency and implementing effective labor adjustments to meet operational targets consistently.
