Zanes Cypress leads Scale Strong America, a national competitiveness forum involving Future F500 Founder-CEOs and is Managing Director of Public Benefit 360, a CEO strategy and governance advisory. Prior to this, he served over a decade as an executive coach, business executive, and strategy management consultant to Founder-CEOs and senior executives across the private sector, philanthropy, nonprofit, and government. Zanes is a former Presidential Leadership Scholar and National Urban Fellow. His earlier career spans roles at Morgan Stanley, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation.He holds graduate degrees from Dartmouth College (MA, Globalization Studies) and CUNY-Baruch College (MPA), with additional studies abroad at the University of Oxford and executive education from Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
