As a logistics leader supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), I provide strategic operations support in transportation management, ensuring alignment with MDA’s goals. I serve as the Logistics Lead and Product Support Manager Liaison for the NGI Program, overseeing logistics operations critical to mission success. I manage logistics across twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements under Performance-Based Logistics (PBL), mitigating risks and improving the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) readiness.I coordinate with US Transportation Command and Air Mobility Command to support MDA hardware deployment and redeployment, ensuring efficient operations. I develop and execute strategic plans, manage resource requirements, and ensure logistics support across maintenance, manpower, and supply support. My role includes managing the lifecycle logistics for the GMX-L NGI program, overseeing critical documents, and ensuring cost-effective, system-ready solutions.As logistics lead, I also oversee time-critical cargo operations and direct Special Assignment Airlift Missions (SAAM) requests for sensitive materials. I represent GMX logistics in meetings with leadership, industry partners, and government agencies, delivering briefings on logistics areas such as system integration and support equipment. I collaborate closely with Lockheed Martin contractors and MDA counterparts, ensuring streamlined communication across various locations as the program progresses.Additionally, I manage the Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRLS) to ensure compliance with contract specifications. I support the GMX Program Office in preparing for successful Program Management Reviews (PMRs) by ensuring logistics planning and coordination are well-aligned with program objectives. My work focuses on contributing to the efficient execution of complex defense programs, optimizing system readiness, and enhancing overall program success through effective logistics management.
