Lead and oversee comprehensive documentation management to maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards- Perform calibration and verification of measuring instruments, ensuring high precision and reliability as a Prüfmittelbeauftragte (Test Equipment Coordinator)- Conduct accreditation processes and calibration activities in alignment with the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, ensuring adherence to internationally recognized quality benchmarks- Actively contribute as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) in training, working towards advancing internal quality protocols and regulatory alignment- Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to ISO standards and organizational processes, while identifying areas for improvement- Collaborate with external auditors during accreditation audits, preparing reports, and attending meetings alongside senior management to ensure successful outcomes- Design and implement process improvements to optimize quality workflows, streamline operations, and reduce non-conformities- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying training needs, organizing sessions for staff, and reinforcing best practices in quality management- Utilize tools such as Power Apps, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency- Support the development of risk management frameworks, ensuring proactive mitigation of potential compliance and quality issues.
