I am always looking for a challenge. I believe that the job of design is to make complex things simple, communicating a story, product, service or idea in a way that people not only understand but enjoy. I love coming up with ideas and developing an imaginative and thoughtful response to a brief.What I have learned through my experience in service design is to look outside of what you think you know and researching more widely, thoroughly and with users. Including your end users throughout the design process, understanding their ambitions and needs, as well as problems and limitations by speaking to them directly opens up opportunities you may never have even thought of.I love the idea that you can change the world, the way people think and act with good design. I am ever curious and always looking for new experiences and different ways I can apply my skills and thinking to hopefully make the world a better place. Always asking why? or why not? I think design can have a positive impact on society and our environment and working to design things I believe in is really important to me.
