I focus on helping businesses modernize their HCM infrastructure with scalable B2B SaaS solutions that improve compliance, operational efficiency, and employee experience.Prior to entering the private sector, I served over half a decade in the U.S. Army supporting Joint Special Operations Command, where I worked at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and mission execution. In that role, I led enterprise security initiatives, supported technology acquisition programs exceeding $50M, and operated within high-performing teams responsible for complex technical environments.Following my transition from the military, I founded Buckwheat Group, an owner-operator holding company focused on acquiring and operating small digital businesses through an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) model. That experience gave me firsthand exposure to the operational realities business leaders face—scaling teams, managing compliance, and driving efficient growth—which directly informs how I work with clients today.I enjoy partnering with founders, executives, and finance leaders who are scaling their organizations and looking for practical, technology-driven solutions that support long-term growth.
