Develop appropriate strategies to ensure that risk is properly mitigated and within Bank risk appetite- Review and assess all aspects of commercial real estate due diligence- Acts as an expert guidance partner in all commercial real estate construction loans including oversight and management of construction loan draws, progress and funding.
