ABOUT ZAYNA A. M. ABDEL-RAHIM
Zayna currently works at Al-Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI) as a selectee for its Presidential Internship Program. She recently obtained her BA in International Relations with minors in Japanese, Diplomacy, and Honors Studies from Texas State University. Some of her notable experiences include interning for the Embassy of Jordan\'s Information Bureau, the National Council on U.S-Arab Relations, and twice serving as a citizen diplomat of the United States, first to Japan on the Critical Language Scholarship and more recently to Morocco on the Gilman Scholarship. Zayna aims to utilize her skills in political, intercultural, and media analysis to develop U.S-Arab relations in a way that benefits those who need it most.
