About Zayeem Zaman
Hello! My name is Zayeem, and I am currently employed as a computer engineer for Ibeos. I\'m a versatile engineer with a deep curiosity for learning.I graduated summa cum laude with dual bachelor degrees in electrical engineering (photonics/optics concentration) and computer engineering (chip design concentration). I also have a masters degree in electrical engineering (photonics/optics concentration, with a research focus in holography).I have been a teaching assistant for Virginia Tech\'s introduction to embedded systems class for 4+ years. As the lead graduate teaching assistant, I have experience managing and mentoring teams of teaching assistants over several semesters. I have also taught the course over the summer for two semesters as the instructor on record.I value having a breadth of skills and knowledge and am always eager to learn new things. My technical and coursework experience includes electromagnetics, photonics/optics, computer vision, embedded systems, hardware communication interfaces (I2C/SPI/UART), VLSI and layout, digital design, object-oriented programming, application design, and automated test equipment.
