About Anthony Zayas

Material Review Board (MRB) Product Review Engineer based out of 737 Final Assembly within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).Current responsibilities include developing engineering solutions to resolve non-conformances on production airplanes.Regularly interface with shop personnel/manufacturing technicians, stress analysts, design engineers, and other cross-functional groups to assess repair solutions/feasibility.Started Liaison Engineering rotation in April 2020 where I trained in multiple airplane programs including 737 Final/Preflight, 737 Wings, Body, Wing-Body Joins, Composite Wing Center (CWC), Supplier Non-Delegated, Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC).Prior to Liaison Engineering, I worked in Flight Sciences for 2 years where my statement of work involved performing static nacelle load analyses for various airplane models and airplane configurations within Loads and Dynamics. Developed skill and knowledge in understanding how configuration changes may affect flight load conditions/envelopes of certain aircraft.Recently completed Masters of Aerospace Engineering at The University of Washington with a concentration in controls. For my undergraduate, I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, respectively.
