Installation and commissioning of hardware, software and electrical / electronic components at customer sites.• Rapport building with existing and new clients.• Project prioritising.• Working with CAD software (AutoCAD and TurboCAD) to create general arrangements and P & ID drawings.• Working with and transferring data from various databases such as spreadsheets, SQL, and in house software database.• Cable scheduling.• Working with technical drawings for on-site termination of low voltage control panels.• Executing factory acceptance tests and site validation testing.• Configuring application software, Windows operating system and associated PC hardware.• Assisting project engineers with design documentation (including drawings) and test protocol documentation.• Ongoing support and maintenance of company and third party hardware and software for customer systems, via telephone, remote PC session and at customer premises.• Conducting preliminary tests of software before release to future installations.• Co-ordinating with different departments to deliver products in a timely manner and working efficiently.• Creating and modified scripts tailored to customer requirements.• Presenting to the customer on how to use and configure the software.• Document handover.
