   Overhauled the company’s ESP English Training course for security & law enforcement needs, which included designing a business plan for English training programs for the target group. Achievements: • Oversaw training for dozens of participants, achieving a high approval rating on teacher evaluations. • Advised stakeholders on the cultural and political issues concerning the Middle East, making recommendations on the best way to introduce course material to non-native speakers. •Conducted quarterly assessments of training program outcomes, drafting regular reports to management on progress. • Upgraded course materials to meet trainee’s language needs. • Utilized available online classroom English training materials to facilitate students learning needs. • Updated the language Institute and influenced stakeholders to allocate a budget for the language institute and supply a language lab to enhance language learning. • Administered & coordinated with Central Training Institute (CTI) the delivery of the English language certification to the English language trainees. • Coordinated closely with INL, USSC & GMTC to establish a permanent English Language Training Center as an integral part of the training services provided at CTI for PASF personnel. • Furnished & supplied stakeholders with the list of all necessary materials needed for the English Language Training Center including the Language Lab materials & equipment.
