I am entrusted with the following responsibilities- Oversee implementation of recent developments and pronouncements in IFRS (Such as IFRS 9, 15 & 16) and legal and regulatory framework- Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and liaise with external auditors for the resolution of Key Audit Issues- Provide financial guidelines related to all investments, divestitures, and capital expenditures, and develop, maintain, and review financial regulations and authority definitions- Manage compliance and reporting requirements to the Board of Directors, and Audit Committee, and ensure compliance with all statutory/regulatory requirements relevant to finance- Leading implementation of new projects in the domain of finance such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and ERP implementation in liaison with external consultants- End to End preparation of annual budget ranging from receipt of inputs from respective departments, critical analysis and review, the suggestion of suitable amendments, and presentation to internal and group management for approval-Reporting financial KPIs, analyzing variances (target vs. actual), and providing solutions and recommendations, with the end objective of EBIDTA maximization and growth-Support financial appraisals of acquisition ventures and appropriately reflect them in Financial Statements through acquisition accounting-Submission of monthly and quarterly forecasts and provision of input to annual Business plan.
