   Founded this training and professional skills development centre to enable the youth and marginalized communities in India (including differently-abled students, Transgender, Orphans and Sexual Assault Survivors) to secure employment in the Aviation and Hospitality sector • Direct an all-woman team of 15 and drive the overall business growth strategy including conducting training courses in Aviation, Personal Branding and Image Consulting • Lead marketing efforts and build brand awareness – acquired strategic partnerships and licensing approvals with universities and corporations to achieve business objectives. Accomplishments include:• Registered as the only licenced training centre in India to teach Aviation and Hospitality programs to marginalized communities • Negotiated to become an IATA-authorized aviation training centre in Chennai and the only one in Gurgaon• Authorized to offer international certifications in 7 IATA aviation programs• Authorized ‘Travelport’ training Centre (international ticketing program)• Attained exclusive rights as sole training partner for Ginger Hotels (40 properties) and Lemon Tree Hotels (80 properties) • Collaborated with Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur (NAAC-accredited) as the knowledge partner for the BBA Aviation program• Secured a partnership agreement with the NAZ Foundation to upskill young women across India• Expanded the business to include a Marketing team in Gurgaon and an Operations team, Digital team and Training Centre in Chennai• Successfully run virtual workshops on ‘Personal Branding’ for the youth with over 100 participants per session• (Had to close operation due to COVID in 2020, and revived operations 2021)
