Developed the first 5-week course under our Aroko Studies branch: Equity Beyond Empathy - Reimagining Workplace Systems for Liberated Care. This course is designed to create community. Through imaginative play and reflection, we explored what creating a framework of liberated care for workplace culture meant and how to create care for ourselves.
