I thoroughly enjoy my role in Talent Acquisitions as it allows me the opportunity to be fully immersed in the recruitment process, from coordinating with hiring managers and project staff to interacting with applicants to filling open positions with talented and capable individuals, I have enjoyed exceeding expectations and meeting recruitment goals. I have worked as an initial contact for candidates, worked in sourcing, pre-screening, progressing and rejecting prospects in order to ensure placement of the best candidates for open positions.
