ABOUT ZARA JARVIS
Hey! I\'m Zara, and I have a lifetime of experience in Entrepreneurial Marketing, Strategy & Innovation. When I was 12 I was creating beaded keychains, and door-to-door selling them at the caravan parks my family and I would stay at in summer. When I was 14 I was custom coding my friends Myspace profiles in return for a nugget roll at our high school canteen. When I was 16 I noticed the 2012 rise of fashion e-commerce. I taught myself how to approach manufacturers, design clothing, build a website and launch a fashion label. When I was 17 I approached the local clothing boutique I worked at and pitched an influencer marketing strategy. They allowed me to implement and manage this strategy, resulting in an incredible lift in their online presence. When I was 22 I signed a commercial lease and opened a service based studio. I grew the business to be $500k+ of annual revenue, 13+ staff and 200+ weekly clients in it\'s first two years of existing. When I was 24 I launched a TikTok sell-out online clothing store, curated with wholesalers and existing brands. When I was 25 I took on some incredible freelance marketing contracts, including a specialist role in Adore Beauty\'s private label team. When I was 26 I became the Marketing Manager at a Global FMCG Beauty brand stocked in Sephora, managing the entire department and strategy, while reporting directly to our CEO.When I was 27, I became the lead senior strategist for the organic SMM clients at one of the best digital marketing agencies in Australia. When I was 28, I got promoted as Account Director at that same agency. It was a big step up, from managing strategy to owning revenue, retention, team outcomes and growth across a department I’ve been able to help build. Now I\'m 29, and I had the audacity to send a little email to a man called Steven Bartlett. That email must of resonated because within a week I\'d flown 24 hours to London for an interview, and was offered a role as Content Manager for his personal brand. I\'ve now moved to London permanently for this once in a lifetime opportunity, and loving every second.Marketing Degree? Truthfully - I don\'t have one. But I don\'t think a degree can teach innovation, creativity, hard work and drive. That I have in spades.I\'m loving this career I\'ve paved for myself, and I can\'t wait to see what the next birthday brings
