ABOUT ZARAH M.
It\'s time for change. Traditional change management is no longer adequate. The Kübler-Ross Change Curve and Lewin’s freeze models were built for an era of episodic,\"big bang\" technology rollouts. Today, change is continuous, and technology adoption—particularly Enterprise AI—is increasingly discretionary. Employees are \"in choice.\" You cannot mandate adoption when the technology is ambient, and you cannot manage continuous change using a model built for grief. To solve this, I developed Observational Change Theory and the SEEN Framework (Self, Expert, Environment, Network). The theory is built on a simple, empirically proven premise: the primal lever of human behaviour change is observation. The act of being seen, and seeing oneself, creates compulsion, and internal \"burning bridge\" without the need for a system switch-off. By operationalising observation through data, AI nudging, and targeted leadership alignment, we can shift organisations from reactive resistance management to proactive, continuous adaptation.Currently, as a VP in People Advisory at Genpact, I am applying this theory to solve the most urgent challenge in enterprise transformation: capturing fractional AI efficiency. AI does not just automate tasks—it amplifies human cognition. It compresses the time between insight and output, eliminates the friction between idea and execution, and can allow one person to operate at the intellectual bandwidth of a team. But this level of discovery and amplification demands cognitive agency and exploratory capacity that highly process-driven roles rarely afford. In larger organisations, the opportunity for amplified capacity is easily hidden, suppressed by BAU, or simply absorbed—resulting in massive AI investments with zero net productivity gain. Using Observational Change Theory, I help enterprises make this fractional capacity visible, overcome the \"virtuous cycle paradox\" of AI adoption, and proactively redeploy that capacity toward revenue-creating work.Specialties: Observational Change Theory | Enterprise AI Adoption | Workforce Transformation | Fractional Capacity Redeployment | Business Agility | Digital Adoption PlatformsQualifications: Masters in Organisational Leadership, Graduate Diploma in Education, Leading SAFe - Agilist, Prosci (ADKAR) change management and Agile and practical experience on some of the worlds largest projects.
