I build digital health services that work: compliantly, safely, and at scale.Over the past decade I\'ve operated at the intersection of clinical governance, regulatory strategy, and operational design across the UK, UAE, and global markets. I\'ve taken services from early start-up through to scale-up, navigating complex multi-jurisdictional requirements (CQC, RQIA, DHA) while keeping the focus on what actually matters: delivering care that\'s safe, auditable, and built to last.My work centres on turning regulatory complexity into operational clarity. That means designing patient pathways and clinical systems with genuine rigour, not just to pass an inspection, but because good documentation, accurate records, and robust reporting are what enable better decisions across clinical, operational, and financial functions.I\'ve led EHR implementations, built governance frameworks from the ground up, and used Lean Six Sigma, AI, and automation to drive measurable improvements in quality and efficiency. I don\'t retrofit compliance onto broken processes. I design the right processes first.What drives me is a belief that regulation and innovation aren\'t in tension. When governance is done properly, it creates the conditions for ambitious healthcare businesses to grow with confidence.
