I am an associate at Stewarts described in 2017 by specialist firm, Douglas Scott, as the \"Happiest Person in Legal\". I advise and act for clients on insurance coverage disputes across a broad range of sectors including financial services, hospitality and retail, energy, construction, sports, and entertainment. My most recent experience includes acting for policyholders in relation to business interruption insurance claims arising from financial losses suffered as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously as a commercial disputes associate, I advised and acted for corporates, financial institutions, investors, and high net worth individuals on general commercial matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, civil fraud claims, debt claims and professional negligence. As part of a specialist insurance coverage team acting only for policyholders, we have acted in many high-profile and ground-breaking insurance cases in the UK and internationally. Our expertise extends to all commercial lines of insurance, with a particular focus on financial lines, specialty and business interruption, and we have represented clients in all sectors from energy and construction to entertainment and financial services.
