In my challenging job, I focus on learning and improving my skills every day. This would help me to grow and bring more business to my employer and together become successful.Read and understand blueprints and specification is key to visualize the project and interpret all the information provided. This would help to get a big picture of the structure and components of the project which optimizes the accuracy of my estimates. Effective communication with all project stakeholders is necessary to clarify the unknown/vague information to prevent conflicts and increase the estimate accuracy.Understand the sequence of the construction processes. Being analytical and look for cost and time saving to creat more profit for clients and raise the chance to win more projects.Meeting deadlines, juggling multiple tasks and estimates by prioritizing, dealing with different tasks one at the time and extensive focus on a specific project.Working within our team helps me to get new ideas, see things with different perspective, get more supports, build morals and more.There are more skills that I need and use in my everyday job thanks to my extensive experience and background. To name but few, problem solving, attention to details, ability to multitask.Be confident by doing my homework and do my job in the best of my ability which helps me to be assertive when it comes to defend my estimate accuracy. Last, but not least I will try to remain calm by creating order out of various amount of chaos in my exciting job.
