As a learning and development professional, my role is to coach, mentor and ensure individual professional development is achieved. I deliver and design a variety of courses aligned with organisational objectives. I evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on TNA\'s. I continually adapt new technologies to allow for continuous improvement and efficiency. As for the intrinsics, I’m positive and I have loads of energy. I’m focused, I’m considered, and I’m calm. I’ll create the strategy from scratch or implement the one that’s ready to go; I’ll do the legwork; I’ll meet the deadlines; I’ll work within the budget and I’ll exceed expectations.
