The skills and knowledge I have, are acquired through a variety of roles in different work sectors. I have experience in dealing with people face to face and via telephone and am able to think quickly and effectively when needed. I have experience with managing staff, ensuring they carry out their responsibilities and meet targets that are set.I have a great interest in sport as a whole which inspired me to study an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Ulster for four years, including an industrial placement which enabled me to further my experiences in sport and physical activity. As a result of my endeavours, throughout my sporting and educational career I have acquired a strong work ethic which enabled me to gain a 2.1 degree classification and postgraduate diploma in Performance Psychology.Overall, my previous experience has allowed me to gain key skills in organisation, communication, planning, management and decision making. These have all enabled me to get to the position I am in today, with each situation giving me more opportunity to learn and help me progress.
