I lead a team of designers focused on creating innovative and designing the robust end-to-end-user experience for the Saas B2B products to support 200+ APIs, including Product Studio, User Management, Demoware, Benefits, CEM, P&C, L&A, Claim Case, HR documentation for Performance Management, Staffing/Hiring, Marketing demos. Additionally, I partner with the product leadership team and other design leaders to shape the discipline\'s future at EIS. I operated as a thought partner, bringing resolution to complex problems through effective communication and inputs, reflecting my deep understanding of enterprise users, and combined expert UX design skills to mentor the design team to improve the quality of products. At EIS, I continuously focus on responsibilities as follows- Led the design and user experience strategy for the EIS SaaS platform - Transformed the organization and instilled a learning culture, embedding design iterative processes in everything we do across the end-to-end customer journey for B2B and B2C users- Successfully established and managed a design system that has increased productivity, improved design quality, and accelerated time-to-market for new features and products- Enabled consistent and efficient design practices, enhancing team collaboration and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple platforms and products- Built the design team, led and ran a worldwide growing team of designers by defining team structure, creating robust and clear processes, fostering a collaborative culture, and helping designers grow into leaders and individual contributors.
