ABOUT ANDREA ZANINI
After my diploma, I actively started my professional career in PIUSI, the family Company, in the Customer Care Dept. That experience helped me to become a dynamic and expert professional with a huge experience both in Sales and Communication. My empathy approach is oriented to maximize the awareness and positioning of brands, as well as sales and profitability. I always keep in mind my three axioms: satisfied customers, Company goals/objectives and brand image. I\'m used to work in the Industrial context with different productive units and different sales sectors. Reference markets within which I\'ve been regularly on business journeys are USA, Far East, China, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. In March 2021, together with my brother, I decided to set up a new company focused on disposable tableware realised with biodegradable and compostable materials. Highly supported by our family, we’ve literally built up everything from the ground passing through the scouting of potential suppliers, products research and validation, the implementation of an ERP system and the development of catalogue, website and marketing tools. We created a product offer which includes the possibility to serve the mass/hyper market sector and the HoReCa/Food service market. I’m now in charge of the sales area where we have 16 regional sales representatives and 2 key account managers.
