About Zane Yoder

I’m a Junior Accounting & Finance major at Miami University, from Findlay, Ohio. I’m very interested in business, particularly in the financial and legal aspects of them, and was able to develop a strong foundation and passion for business through my experiences running my own lawn care business. In addition, I am very dedicated to my academics, and am also a member of the Miami Finance Association and the Miami Accounting Association. I have also been able to improve my teamwork and collaboration skills through Miami University’s FYIC, which emphasized the importance of being able to work alongside peers and professors to solve problems and complete tasks. I have also gained experience in the business world through various jobs and service opportunities. I am proficient in customer relations, managing business operations and inventory, and being able to interact with communicate with coworkers and clients in a professional manner. Lastly, my experiences in various extracurricular activities, nonprofits, church, and business has emphasized the importance of time management, work ethic, and giving back to my community. Through these experiences, I’ve been able to develop my leadership skills and become more coachable, and have learned the importance of giving 110% in anything that I do. Overall, I am still a student with much to learn and develop. Despite this, what I can promise to my employees, teammates, and community is this: I will give my utmost support and effort for you, I am willing to be taught, and I will do whatever it takes to ensure our success.
