At YOL, an experiential learning company for senior and emerging leaders, I design and facilitate experiences with core concepts that underlie great leadership: Presence & Flow, Curiosity, Joy & Trust, Voice & Power. We practice together to enhance self-regulation and compassion as we engage in hands-on opportunities in service to others. Whether the duration is a single-day team session or one of our year-long \"initiations\" for C-level participants, YOL experiences are focused on building team cohesion and delivering strategies to increase performance, compassion and productivity through mindfulness-in-action.
