Responsible for junior tennis and paddle outreach, recruitment/lineup creation for interclub league play, and training for APTA junior nationals• Direct newly created pickleball program, which now has over 120 active players, by creating new and engaging clinics• Oversee all pickleball member-member tournaments and ensure successes in local, interclub league• Created and programmed new tennis, paddle, and pickleball clinics, such as \"Wine Wednesday,\" and \'Dinks n\' Drinks\" to attract members who do not traditionally attend racquets clinics to become active in the program• Assist director with the running of social events, parties, and member-member/member-guest tournaments• Act as tournament director for ladies PTI tournaments spanning across multiple sites• Oversee multiple ladies paddle and tennis teams by creating lineups, and implementing drills based on the strengths and weaknesses of charted matches
