Currently leading development of Share-A-Cart’s Organization subscription tier, focused on scalable infrastructure, new features, and upgrading current features baed on user feedback and company direction. I work closely with our CEO, CTO, and company founders to help shape product direction, technical architecture, and long-term roadmap decisions.In the past, I\'ve: • Led the entire development of Share-A-Cart’s Google Classroom Application, including account linking between Google and Share-A-Cart’s core platform. • Headed development of Share-A-Cart Plus, our direct-to-consumer subscription model — set up recurring billing with Stripe, and handled account creation and session management. • Led the gradual migration from EJS to ReactJS, modernizing the front-end experience. • Integrated data caching on both the browser and server (initially Redis, now Valkey) to improve performance. • Introduced PostgreSQL to our stack and managed the ongoing migration from Firebase Realtime Database. • Handle deployments and updates across multiple Amazon EC2 instances. • Maintain and update browser extensions across major platforms. • Built a fully self-hosted internationalization and localization system for the website across the entire app. • Built and maintain internal ad conversion tracking from scratch. • Developed our monthly analytics pipeline, processing tens of millions of rows from Firebase into actionable metrics. • Collaborated with our designer to bring a full redesign of the site to life. • Regularly review pull requests and work closely with contractors to keep everything aligned.Tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, Bash, Linux, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Redis/Valkey, AWS EC2, AWS ELB, and more.
