Experience
Director of Global Leadership Capabilities
Oct 2019 — Present
Transforming leadership culture in North America and Latin American regions, I devise and integrate programs encompassing leadership development, feedback culture, developing employee capabilities, enhancing team effectiveness, and DE & I. Conducting needs audits I then draft 3-year capability plans, in collaboration with the HR and functional SVPs. Liaising with the MDLZ Chief Audits Officer, internal auditing, and KPMG external global audit teams, I determine and integrate the team\'s purpose and governance into daily activities and colleague mindsets. I head a team of 2 Capability Managers tasked with expanding the skillsets of 5,500 leaders and staff across North and Latin America. Training and leading a team of volunteer business facilitators, I deliver leadership programs in North and Latin America, resulting in no material difference in NPS scores or learning outcomes. I delivered training to 819 middle and senior leadership colleagues in 2023, YTD - 819. Created Leadership and Culture Integration Strategies to facilitate the consolidation of Ricolino and Clif post-acquisition. Leading the Level 3 Kirkpatrick Survey project to assess leadership shifts, I continuously improve leadership programs and post program support. Boosting engagement scores by over 15 points within 12 months, I partnered with the North American Supply Chain People Lead plus plant leaders to increase leadership capabilities and engender a culture of continuous learning into the workplace, following the labor strike in 2021. I realized an overall net promoter score of 82 and a participant rating of 93% from over employees asked about learning objectives and experiences plus achieved more than a 4 point increase from the previous year in engagement scores across North America and 12% in Latin America, in categories of employee feedback experience, wellbeing, and employee relationships with manager categories.
