About Zander Evans
As the Research Director for the Forest Stewards Guild, my job is to direct and conduct science to supports on-the-ground implementation of ecological forestry. I my goal is to expand on the Guild\'s history of developing creditable and useful peer-reviewed publications, reports, trainings, collaborations, and forestry projects. We aim to have a positive impact on forests and forestry.For example, our work on the ecological impacts of forest biomass harvesting have been incorporated into policies in at least four states.
