ABOUT ZANDER TAYLOR

Zander is a Senior Consultant within the Operations Strategy practice at Deloitte. Zander’s experience is in Operating Model Strategy & Transformation and his expertise lies in his ability to distill and articulate large transformative initiatives and work with operators to senior leaders to design, build buy-in, and implement them. His love of teamwork and natural intrapersonal skills are backed up by a robust analytical toolbox. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work quickly and managing complex project plans. Zander previously spent three and a half years working with the fastest growing, large-scale, multi-trade company in the Canadian Market where he thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the company’s evolution from roughly 250 employees when he started to 450 employees when he left (currently 1500+). He built relationships with key stakeholders to drive results in the office and on job sites. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario, and finds joy outside of work when he can spend time outdoors or play a game of squash, tennis, or golf with his family and friends.
