Skil Corp, 331 N.J.S. 134 (App. Div. 164 N.J. 1 which established how NJ\'s Product Liability Act applies to comparative negligence and other product liability principles, Lauckhardt v. RWJUH, 2015 N.J.S. Unpub. LEXIS 2393, Wear v. Selective, 455 N.J.S. 440 (App. Div. 2018) and Bieker v. Community House of Moorestown, 169 N.J. Mr. Zamost is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. Mr. Zamost has served as a civil trial preparation instructor for The New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), the NJ State Bar Association\'s continuing education service.
