Vessel Operation.*Navis N4 Software.*Finalising Export of incoming Vessel after Vessel Cut off and the containers are released and ready to plan well in advance Vessel berth.*Sending discrepancy to Vessel Operating agent & consortium partners after finalising Import and Export of incoming vessel.*Proper follow up of Export loading (On berth and incoming vessel). Also plan Gate in after cut off units as per time alotted by Planning AM.*Sending Final Loading/Discharging list to Vessel operating agent after Vessel completion.*Screening incoming emails. Attending queries from Shipping Lines and Container frieght station.*Reefer, Haz, OOG manifest from Vessel operating agent and upadating the data in Terminal Operating sysyem.Rail Operation.*Assist Rail Team in carrying all system related updation & Operational related work.*Coordination with Rail Team on incoming train with proper location for planning of discharge and loading units.*Sending Removal Memo after Train completion and coordination with Rail staff for immidiate attachments of Engine so we can take maximum trians on our Line.*Attending discrepancy mail from Rail operators.*Collect damage report from our outside checker, update the same in our TOS, and send the same to concern Shipping line and CC to our Claim dept.m*Prepare various daily reports on day to day basis.
