I build commercial programs from zero to scale. At Amazon Ads, I lead go-to-market for ML- and AI-powered sales programs used by thousands of sellers. Most recently, I took an ML-based recommendation program from a 16-person pilot to users across the sales org, and led the AI sales productivity roadmap — six products and 21 use cases — in partnership with Science, Product, and GTM. I\'ve also built new commercial programs from scratch, including a competitive testing framework for Amazon DSP that\'s now driving measurable new revenue.What energizes me: going and finding the problem, designing the mechanism to solve it, and scaling it until the numbers show up. Most of what I\'ve built started as an ambiguous brief and ended as a durable program with thousands of users, SOPs, dashboards, and a P&L line behind it.
