As a leader, I strive to build high performing teams by focusing on people and customers. The one constant through out my career has been people while the technology we utilize evolves. By enabling and developing leaders in Engineering, Product Management, Design, and other functions, I believe organizations can deliver value to customers beyond imagination.While leading large organizations is what I spend most of my professional time on, diving into and learning about new technologies, leadership principles, and product management is a close second. I take a lot of inspiration from Extreme Ownership (by Jocko Willink) and Start with Why (by Simon Sinek). I also spend time coaching startup leaders to refine their visions and offering. Ultimately, what I love is delivering value to customers by developing teams and organizations that have a culture focused around customer obsession, scrappiness, and innovation built on a foundation of deep ownership and trust.    I am responsible for providing low-latency, high cardinality observability capability and automation solutions for impairment detection and remediation of events for one of the largest and most complex network\'s across cloud providers at scale. My teams leverage technologies like Kafka for steaming, ClickHouse for persistence, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities (from the likes of Claude, Mistral.) to build inference capabilities to fully automate investigation and operations related tasks.Additionally, I am responsible for product management, engineering, and go-to-market for the CloudWatch Network Monitoring business which includes Internet, Flow, and Synthetic Monitoring capabilities. Previously, I was responsible for product management (P&L, new products, messaging, and positioning) of the Global Connectivity business for AWS including the backbone and edge networks.
