My Role:• Requirements understanding, analysis, designing, planning, development and execution.• Provide input in technical decision and solution, when needed.• Team monitoring, prioritizing and supervise all engineer’s day to day activities and deliverables.• Handle the customer escalation, available 24×7 to resolve any issue escalated by any customer.• Communicate and collaborate with internal/external team for project development, unblocking the team and resolve the conflicts.• Conduct Code Review with team members.• Utilizing automated and manual methods to test our code.• Optimize complex T-SQL queries to run our process smoothly.• Focus to develop automations on daily routine work.• Generate KPI states and present it to stakeholders.• Prepare the technical and non-technical documentation.
