As the Director of Panel Operations at Numerator, I lead a global team of data analysts and team leads across India, Canada, and the US. I oversee the staffing process, including recruiting, training, onboarding, and forecasting team needs. I also build and track goals for my team members, creating a clear direction and accountability through strong communication.In addition to my role at Numerator, I am also the Head Coach of the Boys Lacrosse team at Chagrin Falls High School. I provide leadership and act as a role model for teenage athletes, teaching them the fundamentals of lacrosse and instilling values of discipline, leadership, and personal accountability. I have helped lead the team to multiple state championships and runner-ups, demonstrating my ability to motivate and guide teams towards success.

   Build global continuity with our India, Canada and US operations teams. This includes recruiting, staffing, training, metrics creation and tracking, feedback loops, HR integration, meeting management- Oversee the staffing process as it relates to interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, QC and forecasting team needs- Build and track goals for Data Analysts as well as Team Leads. These goals create the overall direction of the team, implementing this strategy through strong communication that includes a plan of action, clear expectations and accountability- Manage Team Leads and the data analyst teams they support in the role - including weekly team meetings, weekly 1:1s, skip levels, HR needs and work queue management- Update and maintain attribution methodology to ensure product needs are met across Shopper People, Brand Insights, TruView and GM contracts- Work with sales and engineering to ensure our panel data and maintenance schedule supports client contracts- Monitor the data stream for issues, trends and areas of opportunity- Work with IT to troubleshoot technical hurdles pertaining to the collection and/or entry tools used for attribution processes- Assist managers through situations and scenarios that may require additional support- Report monthly to leadership on output, quality, trends, road blocks, and development needs from our tools.
