I\'m Zak.I\'m a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer, with a strong background in design and motion graphics.I like to make cool stuff.Over the past few years, I have managed the technical and planning efforts for several large projects, and am aiming my career at managerial positions moving forward.My passion is to deliver world-class digital experiences to audiences across a multitude of platforms, while learning from / educating as many talented people as I can.I have evolved from designer to front end developer to full stack developer to tech lead to engineering manager over the course of a decade, and I\'m not stopping now.I strive to stay updated on the latest technologies, and I\'m constantly pushing the limits of what I\'m capable of creating.I\'ve got experience with tons of web technologies.    Nov 2021 — Present

   Smart TV App: Nov 2021 - Present Managed a distributed team of 15 to develop and maintain the smart TV product for Fubo’s sports streaming platform. Leveraged modern web technologies like React, Redux, and Flow to build a one-size-fits-all product to support TV devices including (but not limited to) LG, Samsung, Vizio, Hisense, XBOX, PlayStation, and Comcast X1. Optimized our CI pipeline and release cadence, and refined Jira reporting to improve visibility for stakeholders. Focused heavily on people, process, and purpose with weekly 1:1s, team exercises, and curated workstreams to cultivate a positive and balanced working experience in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
