As ICT Technician supporting both Albany Academy and Chorley New Road Primary Academy, I provide responsive, user-focused IT support that underpins teaching, learning, and operational efficiency. I work closely with the Chief Executive Officer of ALT and Albany Academy, as well as the Executive Headteacher of CNR, offering my expertise in communication tools like Microsoft SharePoint.One of my key projects was designing and implementing a central Trust Intranet to enhance collaboration and streamline access to policies and forms. I’m also actively developing digital solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to improve communication and automate processes across the Trust.In addition to frontline support, I assist with the implementation and administration of core infrastructure, including VMware ESXi, servers, network switching, VLANs, and Samsung OfficeServ systems. My goal is to ensure a secure, efficient, and future-ready IT environment that supports the evolving needs of our schools.
