I am an aspiring Mechanical Engineer with a passion for machine design. I love engineering because it combines science and creativity. I enjoy working with my hands and finding creative solutions to complex problems. I am passionate about learning new tools, software, and skills to be an asset to my team. I have strong technical skills and an academic background in engineering, prototyping, and machine design.My team and I invented an original PVC pipe-making machine in my lab, creating a pipe that used 50% less plastic than traditional PVC pipe. I also worked on product development projects where I designed, analyzed, and marketed machines, including a generator. I made a competition-ready robot in 6 weeks on my robotics team, placing 2nd in the world championships. Additionally, I have strong communication skills and am confident in interacting with clients. As an Orientation Leader, I regularly gave presentations for thousands of people. As Lead Cashier, I used my interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service – increasing our customer satisfaction rate from 91 to 99%. I\'m interested in an entry-level mechanical engineering position where I work as part of a team to design and prototype devices. I get a great sense of accomplishment from seeing my designs come to fruition. I\'m excited to start a career in the engineering field, where I hope to use my skills as part of your team.
