Rock Tavern to Sugarloaf - Overhead Transmission Construction (May 2021 - Present): Assists in managing the construction for the Rock Tavern to Sugarloaf project. This project involves over ten miles of new conductors and towers, modifications to existing substations, and construction of an additional substation. Handles submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and change management between the client and each of their contractors/ vendors. Leads weekly update calls for stakeholders and project team. Served a vital role in drafting RFP and RTA packages for multiple subcontracts. Newark Switch Station - GIS Construction and Deconstruction Work (Dec 2020-May 2022): Assisted in both the construction of the proposed Newark GIS Building and the cutover/ deconstruction of the existing Newark Switch Station. Coordinated between subcontractors, tracked project invoices across multiple contracts, and managed change orders, RFIs, submittals and transmittals. Was responsible for drafting the Scope of Work and other contract documents for both the Civil Deconstruction and Electrical Deconstruction efforts. S-2350 Jackson Road to Cedar Grove - Underground 345kV XLPE Transmission Installation (Aug 2020-October 2022): Facilitated the installation of a new 5-mile 345kV cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) circuit, which included one (1) bridge crossing and three (3) trenchless crossings. Conducted the coordination of day-to-day operations between the client and the multiple design, civil and electrical subcontractors on site, leading weekly update meetings and tracking project progress. Responsible for drafting Scope of Work and other contract documents for additional slope stabilization along the Peckman River. Worked closely with the public outreach team to keep all shareholders informed of the work being done.
